Based in Agde, on Canal du Midi near Beziers, cross the Etang de Thau, and take the Canal du Rhone from Sete to Aigues Mortes, St Gilles and Beaucaire
Only return rentals are possible to explore the Camargue portion of the Canal du Midi for up to 7 day boat rentals. Only if you are renting for 2 weeks or more you can take a one way rental on specified boats and leave from Agde, and explore the canal towards Sete, and Beaucaire, and return the boat to Carcassonne
