Situated in the historic town of Calafell approximately 35 minutes from both Barcelona and Reus airports, it is also conveniently placed for visiting Tarragona, Sitges, Salou and Port Aventura theme park. Calafell itself has numerous shops, bars, restaurants and places of interest for you to enjoy, along with a beautiful sandy 5km beach.
Airports: Barcelona and Reus Airports are 35 minutes drive. Flights to Reus (near Tarragona) are available from Ryanair from London Stanstead, Luton, Liverpool, Glasgow, Dublin, and Frankfurt. Iberia offer flights from Madrid, and Palma de Mallorca. Flights to Barcelona are from all over the world - see the Barcelona Airport website for more information.

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
The holiday accommodation offers the chance to relax on the sun-drenched terraces (complete with sun beds) and enjoy al fresco dining with the traditionally built BBQ.
Entry is on the ground floor, via a covered area that includes your own bar with 6 bar stools, barbecue, fridge, and a dining area, that has a table with 4 chairs, which is open to the pool. The entrance door opens into a corridor, where there is a bookcase (English books), and to one side is a large double bedroom, with sofa, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables. On the other side is a smaller double or twin bedroom, with a wardrobe. The bathroom, has a washbasin, WC, and shower. A kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine.
The bar, barbecue and dining area opens onto the swimming pool (3m x 6.5m - 1m to 1.6m deep), which has 4 sunbeds, and is surrounded by terraces. There is outside shower next to the pool.

Calafell is a holiday resort on the Costa Dorada, between Barcelona and Tarragona and has everything you need for a great sunshine vacation.
The remarkable golden beaches gave this region it's name and the 5km pedestrian promenade hosts an abundance of restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlors.
