A 2 minute walk from the centre of renaissance Pezenas this remarkable and painstaking renovation project has produced beautiful apartments which combine all modern conveniences while retaining many original features and the fantastic ambiance of the property.

There are 4 apartments:Pierrot, Fontedicto, Octopus, Marguerite; so its ideal for families and friends on holiday together.
The apartments have been superbly designed and decorated, from the individually, handcrafted door handles to the intricate ironwork galleries created by a famous local artist. All fixtures, fittings and appliance are brand new and blend effortlessly alongside traditional Southern-French antiques.
One apartment is equipped to welcome guests with disabilities.
The apartments are triplex, with a cast iron spiral staircase connecting the ground floor to the bedrooms. Sleeping up to 6 people these apartments have two large bedrooms on the third floor with garden views, antique furniture and large, marble fireplaces. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, one with an antique cast iron bathtub, shower, and toilet, the other with a large walk in shower and toilet. Further mezzanine bedroom / child's room' with double sofa bed and television. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc and doors to terrace with table and chairs and BBQ.
The swimming pool has a state-of-the-art 'oxygène actif' UV cleansing system so there is no chlorine, and a jet stream for serious swimmers. There are an additional 2 separate toilets on each floor.

PEZENAS AND SURROUNDING AREA
Pezenas is an old fortified town in Herault, Languedoc Roussillon, with magnificent 17th century houses that have been beautifully restored. The large city of Montpellier with its international airport and train station is 52 km away. Agde 20 km, Beziers 25 km and Sete 36 km. The beaches are about half an hours drive away. The area is filled with great history and pretty villages and of course great wine!
Ideally located, the Couvent des Ursulines is a gentle 5-minute stroll from the peaceful meadows and vineyards and 2 minutes from the centre of vibrant Pezenas with its charming pavement cafés, huge choice of traditional restaurants and numerous antique shops.
The Saturday market is not to be missed. There is a large selection of local produce - olives and olive oil, cheese, hams and saucisons, and fresh fruit, as shown in the photos.
There is also a large range of wonderful summer cultural events including concerts, festivals and art galleries.

For reservations made 5 months in advance a 10% discount is offered (except for july and august ).
During the low season, special rates may be available for long-term stays or groups of less than 6.
A €300 security deposit is required to reserve an apartment (this deposit is returned to you on departure), the accommodation fee is due 8 weeks before arrival. Linen and towels are included.
