 The village itself is ideally situated, lying 20 mins from beautiful Carcassonne, 50 minutes from the coast, Toulouse and the Pyrénées. Just outside the tourist trap, yet close to everything you want.

La Maison de Julie offers you: Double/family room with shower. A lovely large well lit beamed bedroom with exposed stonework and parquet flooring. Sleeps 5 persons (one large double bed and three singles), cot available upon request.

Near Pezenas, Cap d'Agde, Montpellier, Beziers, Sete, Herault, Languedoc		 7 Avenue de Pezenas is a large maison de maître, with swimming pool, originally built and occupied by a wealthy vigneron & his family who spared no expense on the original building and decoration of the house; it contains no less than nine marble fireplaces!

All the bedrooms come with en-suite facilities; the Blue Room having a full bathroom and separate toilet, the Green and Copper Rooms have ensuite shower and toilet. The Blue and Green rooms also have French windows that open out onto a large terrace for alfresco dining, sunbathing, and living life as it should be lived! Continental breakfast is served in the shady courtyard, or in our stylish dining room.

Also self catering - There are three apartments on the second floor. The 4 person Apartment has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, another bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room and a kitchen/dining area between the two bedrooms. The Studio (Sleeps 2 +) - a unique space ideally suited for a couple on holiday. The Loft Apartment (Sleeps up to 4) is a large, light and airy space

Near Narbonne, Bize Minervois and Canal du Midi, Aude, Languedoc		 La Souqueto (named after the vines that shade both the front and the back of the house) is a sensitively restored and renovated Maison Bourgeoise, decorated and furnished with a mixture of old and new. It is on the edge of the Mirepieset and yet bang in the middle of the old Medieval centre. Located in a pretty Minervois village between Carcassonne and Béziers, La Souqueto is an ideal base for those looking to explore the central Languedoc-Roussillon, with medieval villages, ancient towns and cities, Cathar strongholds, the Canal du Midi, Mediterranean beaches and the wilds of the Black Mountains all within an hour.

Rooms are pretty and toiletries, hairdryers and fluffy towels are provided and there is free internet access (with printer attached) as well as free parking next door. We can accommodate up to 10 adults in 5 double bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins). There are 3 bathrooms and towels and toiletries are provided. Evening meals are available by arrangement. The village also has swimming, petanque, tennis, fishing and horseriding facilities.
