Every year Bize Minervois presents a magnificent celebration of the Olive in collaboration with the Oulibo - and olive oil factory and shop that sells the very best in everything olive. Visit this lovely village, bathe in the clear cool waters of the river - watch out for the trout swimming underfoot. Enjoy eating and drinking at the fine restaurants - and make a note for the Olive Festival - which always seems to end with fireworks, music and fun for all.
