A short distance from the towns of Beziers and Montpellier is the pretty village of Mèze, with wonderful fish restaurants, beaches, and places to swim and walk. The etang is home to mussels and oysters that find their way onto mouthwatering plates all around this region. March has been glorious this year with summer like days.
