Walk near Montouliers,
Herault, Languedoc
Photo of the Week - November
12 2000
From
near Montouliers, looking towards Narbonne
In the foothills of the Minervois,
the "tuscan-like" village of Montouliers, looks across the
magnificent Aude valley, towards the monumental cathedral at Narbonne.
The photograph is taken near what was once the chapel of St Hilaire,
and near woods that were originally planted for a truffle industry
during difficult times.
