Capestang is always pleasant to visit, with its proud unfinished Eglise Saint Etienne - if you get a chance take a look inside! There's also the Canal du Midi with a host of boats moored along the banks - dine here at Restaurant La Bateliere - where there is always something to look at. Otherwise enjoy a good mixture at Restaurant Le Provence. There is also a good Sunday market.
