Searching for somewhere to go on Sunday in the Summer? Ferrals Les Montagnes has a friendly market, in the cool high Minervois air. Local produce is to be found, amidst splendid landscape where there is good walking, and places to picnic. For those seeking traditional fare - the Auberge De Ferrals produces some surprises to tempt the palate - on my last visit I enjoyed some good local wines, a delectable locally caught trout, and a real home made tart effusive with fruit.Auberge
