Cirque de Navacelles is one of the "7 wonders of Languedoc" - nature in all its glory - a river's history cut into a deep gorge, with a spectacular view. A stop for lunch at La Baume Auriole, with its excellent dining and wines, a lovely view either from the roof top terrace, on inside on the cooler or windier days - creates the ambiance for all kinds of dining and wonderment. The Place is surrounded by history - ancient man has created stone circles, menhirs, and dolmens en masse in this area - it is indeed magical with great energy emanating from the area.
