Restaurant Find of the Month (September 1997)
On a hot Summers day I came across this wonderful restaurant - Restaurant Les Dinedourelles - in the beautiful village of Escales, close to Lezignan - Corbieres, just off the autoroute from Carcassonne to Narbonne. It has perhaps one of the best views of any restaurant in the area, across vineyards to distant mountains and hills. They have an exciting menu, and offer evening entertainment, and best of all, are open year round. A definite plus for the Languedoc
