This new restaurant, is delightfully placed on the Canal du Midi, and offers finely tuned dishes created by a Michelin trained chef. Well located, with a splendid view of boats passing on the canal, as well as seating in more intimate surroundings - the restaurant is already becoming popular. The menu has a good balance of dishes that challenge as well as welcome traditional favourites. The wine list is well chosen.

The restaurant, - now under new ownership offers an eclectic menu with traditional dishes that have been approached with originality and panache. The menu itself, though limited, is enterprising, often in large portions, and there is good choice in wines. Service is charming and excellent.
