La Bastide - excellent dining with finesse
This pleasant friendly restaurant in Cabezac, close to the Olive mill at Bize Minervois, and a pretty chateau on the River Cesse, creates dining with finesse. In light and airy surroundings, the menu is imaginative and has taste full results. Excellent wines are produced at the Chateau de Cabezac - reds particularly shine. For those weary of driving or seeking the magic of the Minervois, La Bastide also offer hotel accommodation. La Bastide is perfect for lunch or dinner - on the road from Carcassonne to Beziers (D5), just east of the intersection with the Narbonne - St Pons (road to Minerve) road (D607)
