This restaurant is well worth the 5 minute drive out of Lagrasse. The restaurant is in a lovely renovated mill, close to a glittering river, and offers wonderful food in a select setting. The chef/owner is also a distinguished visual artist, who exhibits in Paris as well as all over France

Directions: From Lagrasse, go south taking the D 3, but taking care to look for signs for St Pierre des Champs (do not take the road to Tournissan, or later to Villerouge Termenes), following the river valley of the Orbieu, eventually taking a right onto the D 212 after 4 kms out of Lagrasse, that goes through the village of St Pierre des Champs. After going through the village, look out for a sign on the right hand side of the road, then follow a small road down to the restaurant. Park after crossing the small bridge over the river
