Expect something different at La Fourchette Folle
This enterprising restaurant in the center of the Canal du Midi village of Roubia, is run by Lucie and Eddie Hope, who come from Nottingham, where they learnt a few tricks from the Michelin restaurant there. They mix traditional with sorties into more experimental dishes, to make your dining experience an enjoyable one. With youthful enthusiasm the restaurant is expanding, with a full license bar - that will bring life to locals french and foriegn alike!
