Restaurant La Régalade, Oupia, Herault, Languedoc

Another excellent restaurant in the Minervois is found in Oupia, a short distance from Olonzac. This understated restaurant, with outside terrace, air conditioning, boasts mouthwatering salads, some of the best lamb I have tasted, choice one of a kind desserts - all reasonably priced. I will be back soon with my friends to sample more of their menu!!
