This sensitively understated restaurant creates dining statements that caress and explode the palate. I had a mouth watering beetroot salad, spicely flavored with effervescent sugary green leaves. Then fish - Sadre, perfectly cooked light with rice and a confetti dressing; and last of all - a light but devilish cheese cake. Presentation was with artistic flair. Service excellent. The owners bring refreshing Californian elements that give the French cuisine sparkle. If you like a variety of vegeterian, fish, meat dishes - there is a fine choice at this restaurant.
