Sublime dining in angelic surroundings is attained at Fontfroide
Its well worth a visit into the countryside, just out of Narbonne, to visit Les Cuisiniers Vignerons. You are in the angelic surroundings of the Corbieres hills, next to one of the most beautiful abbeys in Languedoc. The food is presented in simplicity but with clear designs in mind (David Moreno is the source of these creations). Tastes are luxurious as well in dessert with a touch of humor. The wine list has some lovelies including great wines from the Corbieres
