This delightful restaurant owned by Jane Martin, has an excellent menu at a very reasonable 23 euros. The service, presentation, and great French cuisine is perfectly balanced. With its outside dining during the Summer this restaurant is a favorite to return to again and again.

Poilhes, is on the Canal du Midi, 10 minutes from Beziers. In the hill above the village intrepid explorers can find numerous fossils, or those seeking later treasures - the fortress church of Capestang, and the Oppidum d'Enserune and pie shaped Etang de Montady all provide excursions before and after the meal
