Relais Chantovent, Minerve, Herault, Languedoc Restaurant of the Month (April 2006) Fine dining, good art, lovely views - Relais Chantovent Welcomed by Guy who with his smile gave the restaurant a cheer, the room was welcoming with high ceilings, a good mix of modern art, and light cascading in from the floor to ceiling windows, that open in Summer onto one of the best terraces to eat out in the Minerve area. Had a pleasant accented salad, with goats cheese, followed by shank of pork, not my favourite, nor my choice for a menu item, but came with an interesting wine sauce.
