The 3 Poumayrac sisters - Christelle, Frederique, and Sophie - have opened a lovely new restaurant in the heart of La Caunette, near the Cathar center of Minerve, and the Minervois capital of Olonzac. The menus are attractively priced. House wine is excellent. Quality of dining is high and service is good. With air conditioning, and excellent ambience this restaurant will become popular in no time at all. Reservations are therefore recommended!
