The railway station "Restaurant Le Terminus" at Cruzy-Quarante has been reborn

Over the years the restaurant Le Terminus has changed ownership a number of times - and the present new young owners bring a breath of fresh air into the place. Half formal - half casual - the ambiance of the dining room, complimented the meal with its adventures beyond tradition. A place to watch!

Email sent to Le-Guide.com - "My family and I parted with 100 euros (Deposit) in August 2002 and decided to spent New Years eve in this part of the world. We were not disapointed. The menu was sent to our address in the UK and detailed our Seven course evening meal.We were to sample Foire Grais,Salmon and Sole with a curry sauce, a local Ice cream, Local vension, a plate of sweets, cheese, and onion soup. (We never got to eat the onion soup course it was New Years day 3 AM.) and not to mention the wine and Champagne. The venue was Le Terminus - and we have to say we will never look at a French person in the same light. We ate,we drank and danced both classical , flamenco, and disco to celebrate the new year,- the local people were so accommodating and friendly. We had the time of our life - so much we left the car keys at Le Terminus. Le Terminus have caught up with us to say had we left them, and would we like them sent home to the UK. We call that service. So if you fancy a meal, enjoying service and good value for money, this place is worth a visit at any time of the year, The Washers From Sussex. December 2002"
