This pleasant new restaurant on the edge of Ste Valiere, a pretty village in the Minervois, is good for dining lunch or in the evening. The informal atmosphere and good food, are set off by lovely views across vines to the distant hills of the Minervois. A welcome addition to restaurants in the Minervois!

Directions: the village is on a turn off (D405) - a couple of kilometers east of the intersection of the Beziers - Carcassonne (D5) road, and the Narbonne - St Pons/Minerve (D607) road. The restaurant is about 22 kms from Narbonne.
