An outstanding elegant wine, with floral and apple accents. A lovely colour of light gold. The nose is excited by a mix of apple with vanilla moments, with a hint of oak, where the flowers flaunt their scents, with an accent of Viognier.

Grenache 35% Bourboulenc 15% Roussanne 20% Marsanne 20% Viognier 10%

Limestone. (Argilo-calcaire, marneux, sols calcaires.)

50% of wine is fermented in 1 to 2 year old, 350L oak barrels, 50% fermented in stainless steel and ceramic tanks

Vineyard founded in 1976 by Isabelle and Mathieu Champart, with 16 HA of vines.
