days in Winter in Languedoc sparkle with possibilities -
even a trip to Spain is easy
Although the days can be cool,
the wind brisk, the sun bright - Languedoc sparkles with
nature exuberant and sturdy. Vines cut for the new season,
as are olives, freshly harvested. Trees gleaned of leaves,
strike a strong pose against hills in Haut Minervois.
For
those seeking a short adventure take a visit to Spain and go to Salvador Dali's Cadaques, and
the wonderful Cap de Creus with magnificent rock formations
- to taste the warmth of Summer to come (only 1 hour from
Perpignan)
