Cabaret, Lastours - Meeting place of the Troubadours

After a steep climb one reaches the ruins of 4 castles, that perch above the village of Lastours. This was a meeting place for Troubadours, one of the most famous courts in the South Of France known for its courtly games of love and heroism. This is a wonderful place to take a picnic with bread and wine.
